How do I know if I have a subscription?Updated 10 months ago

There's a few ways in which you can check whether you have a subscription. The easiest way to do this is to log on to your account. Once you've logged in, click the Manage Subscriptions button under delivery address, then under the Subscriptions tab you will see all plans, active and inactive. 

If you have ordered our Annual Lawn Plan, it's likely that you will have a subscription. If you don't want this, you can cancel at any time - you can find out how to do this with this Help article, or get in touch with us!
