How do I return my order for a refund?Updated 22 days ago

If you wish to return an order back to us for a refund, please kindly do so to the below address:

Please include a note in your return with your name, order number and email address.

Please kindly note that the return will be made at your own cost, and must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

You can send your order back to us via your preferred method, but we do advise using a tracked service for your own security and reassurance should you need to follow this up or track the progress of your return.

Rest assured that your refund will be processed once the order is back at our warehouse and has been checked by the team (this may be a few days later following receipt of the return). You will then receive a refund confirmation email once this has been actioned.
